It has started...

Around 2 p.m. today the storm started blowing in.
It is suppose to be a doozer. We will see.
At 3 p.m. I thought of an idea. Why not take pictures of "The view out my front door".
So... I am going to do just that. I have my first 4 pics taken and will take more through out the day/night.

Sorry that it has been a few days since I wrote. Life gets so busy.

Today - day after Memorial Day, my son Kyle and I started putting the "Pergo" flooring down in my bedroom. Yep, the one I share with Jack. :O) I have found out that my muscles and bones are not what they used to be and I am not ready for that.

What is "pergo" flooring? Laminate flooring is type of flooring made of a laminate material. Laminate flooring is made to look like natural products such as wood flooring.

This week I hope to keep working on the floor and then move what "we want" back into the room. That is if the rain holds off, as we are cutting the planks outside. Then I will get rid of the excess, items that don't belong or that we need. I am so tired of the clutter, not just in that room but through out the house. Our house at this moment is too small, but at least it is a roof over our heads.

On to something different. I found this website/blog tonight and really like it.

Tuesday - Busy

Yesterday I thought this week was going to be the week that I could get a lot done at home. Like making the To-do list's, start on the house, and more.

Nope!!

My calendar is filling up with things to do very quickly and the list keeps getting bigger and bigger. Here are just a few things...
Need to collect and find garage sale items.
Take care of my Grandson this weekend. :O)
Help my Mom put together a book for our 100 yr Family Reunion Celebration.
Help or watch my Uncle install a new floor in the dining room at the Farm.
and this all has to be done or close to before the second week in June.
WOW!! I know, I know ... I like to keep busy.... right??

Monday's:
Why is it so hard to re-coop from the weekend?

This week I have to sit down and write up multiple to-do list's.
It needs to include:
Things to do "everyday" IN the house.
Things to do once a week, a month, a year, etc.
Things to do outside in the yard
Up keep of things in & out of the house (ex: window's cleaned, change furnace filters, etc.)

I think (NO, I know!!) that once I have these list's made and in progress it will help me to find time to do the things I love doing. Like my scrapbooks, make jewelry, take picture's and more.

I have to find something to help me get organized - the house, my belonging's MY LIFE!!
